Racquetball Lesson: Serving

In the past when Cham and I would go play racquetball sometimes we would let the kids hit the ball around the court a little bit for the fun of it. We figured it was time to give them a proper lesson in how to play racquetball which mostly consisted of how to serve the ball properly. Most of the focus of our serving lesson was on which wall we face when we serve, because it’s hard to hit the front wall when you’re aimed at the back one, and trying to get the ball to go from the racquet and make it all the way to the front wall before hitting the floor. Also we covered what is considered a good serve and the ball should be played or what is considered a bad serve when the ball shouldn’t be played. The kids had a good time and seemed to really get the hang of the basics we covered today.
